The sealed criteria

Effective July 2, 2026

Criteria are sealed and dated before a lane launches for one reason: criteria written down after the data arrives can be quietly rewritten to fit it. Sealed first, the criteria judge the data — not the other way around. Each lane below carries its own kill and graduate thresholds in the open, and its gate definitions as hashed, dated commitments — verifiable later, copyable never.

Mechanism
Fades MNQ at the session's gamma walls — one mechanism behind nine conditions, checked every minute; each must read a clean go, and a missing reading counts as no-go.
Loop
Every minute of the session

Kill gate

40 fires

KILL at 40 fires if unprofitable after modeled costs. No appeals, no tuning-and-rerunning.

Graduate gate

100 fires · +0.10R

GRADUATE at 100 fires only at a cost-adjusted mean of +0.10R or better. Checkout stays closed until then.

The 9 gates — sealed

9 conditions, evaluated every minute of the session. All 9 must read go before an alert exists. The full definitions are sealed — hashed and dated, so they can’t be quietly rewritten to fit the data. If a lane dies, its definitions publish verbatim in the post-mortem and you can check them against these hashes. Each hash covers the definition text plus a per-gate salt; salts publish with the verbatim text, so the definitions can’t be guessed by hashing candidate wordings.
